Please arrive promptly at the time listed on your invitation. Reception will run from 7:00pm - 11:00pm. While our ceremony will be held privately, we'd love for you to join us as the celebration begins!

No. Our reception is designed as a relaxed cocktail-style celebration with lounge seating, high-top tables, and plenty of space to mix, mingle, and enjoy the evening.

Yes! A mimosa bar to complement our breakfast-for-dinner offerings, plus beer, wine, spirits, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the evening.

In an effort to maintain a sophisticated atmosphere for the evening, we politely request you find childcare options for the evening, as children will not be permitted at the reception.

Complimentary self parking will be available immediately outside the Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club Orlando. However, if you anticipate enjoying our mimosa bar and additional alcholic offerings, we ask that you please find alternative transportation, such as an Uber/Lyft, a ride from a friend etc.

No. While Plancha is part of the larger Four Seasons Resort Orlando, it is located at the Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club Orlando, which is a seperate building and entrance from the main hotel. Please use 3451 Golf View Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 as the proper address for navigation.

While the bulk of the celebration will be located indoors, there is an outdoor patio space that will be in use, weather permitting.

More than you can count, given that the celebration is on Walt Disney World property. We strongly recommend considering the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, as it's a short 5 minute walk or shuttle from there to the reception. However, any Walt Disney World Resort hotel or Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel would be just a short drive or Uber away. Given the number of options, there are no room blocks reserved.

Your presence at our celebration is more than enough, but for those who have asked, we've opted for a honeymoon fund in lieu of a traditional registry. We're hoping to celebrate our marriage with an unforgettable trip to the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix, and we're so grateful for any contribution toward making that dream a reality. Every contribution, big or small, gets us one step closer to lights out and away we go!

Yes - guests are welcome to take photos throughout the celebration, though a professional photographer will be present. We do kindly ask that guests refrain from sharing or posting photos of the bride and groom until they've had the opportunity to share the professional event photography themselves.
